Tom Moore

I was a flight attendant for 15 years.
My favorite and most memorable trips were the ones with Gr(eat) Pl(ate) layovers and crewmembers that enjoyed Gr(eat) Pl(ate) meals as much as I did.
 
So, I now introduce Captain Tom Moore.
Flying with Tom was always a special tr(eat)!

Tom has limitless energy, a crazy sense of humor, joie de vivre and an endless appetite.
He also has a knack for locating the right places to eat and the right items to order.

When you had a little break between flights, Tom would disappear and then reappear with "crew meals".

If he liked you, he would take you with him on his "Hunt and Gather" missions.

Captain Tom is currently flying for Spirit Airlines with 250 destinations throughout the U.S., Latin America, Caribbean and Canada.

From time to time, I'll going to loc(ate) Tom (he can usually be found of Facebook posting pictures of Gr(eat) Pl(ates) and share his international food journal.
